STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Control panel situated at the machine in-feed which can be moved to an ergonomic position.
Protection cabinet
on gluing area and finishing units with polycarbonate windows for inspection of the units during maching.
Machine base
made of bended and welded steel that ensure high rigidity of the structure.
Panel support roller conveyor
placed outside the chain track on entire machine length with tele-scopic opening system and sliding wheels made of plastic with ro-tating pins made of steel.
Feeding chain track
made of industrial chain with high grip rubber coated pads. The chain track pads slide on two steel guides, one with a circular sec-tion and one with a flat section, to guarantee feeding straightness and resistance to lateral loads. Manual lubrication of the pads.
Upper pressure beam
with two rows of wheels mounted on ball bearings and guards to cover the wheels. Manual raising of the pressure beam and automatic positioning of the upper working units with a change in panel thickness. Bottom units fixed on bottom chain track beam for a precise reference with respect to the panel.
All high frequency motors are powered by static frequency con-verter (inverter).
– Suction hoods of operating units placed on upper side of the protection cabinet.
– Thickness of select panel is shown by numerical readout at ma-chine in-feed.
– Electrical system with PLC, lockable main switch and thermal relays.
– Emergency stop push-button.
OPERATING UNITS
Pre-Milling Unit At The EN-TRY
– The unit is placed before the gluing unit and allows the pre-milling of the panel edge to obtain an excellent gluing surface. The unit is com-posed by 2 cutters with automatic, timed intervention to avoid damag-ing the panel.
– The pre-milling unit removal is adjustable in 4 positions (0,5/1/1,5/2 mm) and determined by the position of the stops on the entry guide.
– Unit complete of timed blower for cleaning of the machines surface.
– Vertical adjustment of the tool in two fix positions for maximum utili-zation of the tool.
– The unit is equipped with 2 diamond tools.
Gluing Unit, Edging
– Teflon coated glue tank with rapid heating that assure quick and easy glue replacement.
– Glue spreading roller with internal resistance to maintain a constant glue temperature.
– The temperature of the glue applied is controlled by digital thermo-regulators.
– Device for automatic recovery of the glue which has not been used. Automatic loading system for coil edging, equipped with shear device for edge thickness up to 3 mm.
– Machining of strip edges of 0,5÷3 mm (5 mm opt).
– Revolving coil holder – diameter 730 mm.
– Pressure roller conveyor with 2 steel rollers, adjustable according to edge thickness.
– Possibility to reduce the temperature of the glue tank after temporary stand-by.
– Glue pot with self-lubrication system.
– Rapid release of the glue pot with double glue temperature adjust-ment for management of two different working temperatures.
End Trimming Unit (version M6)
– The unit is equipped with high frequency motor for cutting of the 90° overhanging edge, front and rear.
End Trimming Unitwith RadiUs Finishing (version RM7)
The unit is equipped with high frequency motor for cutting of the 90° overhanging edge, front and rear and during which it smooths the edged corners of the panel and makes a straight cut.
Managed by control panel.
Group including:
– high frequency motor (0,19 kW – 12.000 rpm).
– saw diam. 125 mm – Z12.
Note: In case of processing of solid wood edges, the trimming unit only makes a straight cut.
Top Aand Bottom Trimming Unit
– The unit is equipped with independent high frequency motors, front and vertical disc copying devices that assure a perfect alignment of the tools with respect to the cutting point.
– Unit complete of combined cutters ø 55,3 mm: one part of the blade is used for trimming of radius edging (2 mm or 1, 1,5 and 3 mm on demand) and thin, chamfered edges (0,4 ÷ 1 mm). The straight part is used for trimming of wood edges up to 5 mm.
– The simple axial movement of the cutters allows changeover between radius edge to wood edge. The thickness is shown by 2 numerical readouts. Independent dust extraction system.
Edge Scraping Unit (OPT)
– For finishing 2 mm PVC/ABS edging (or on demand of 1, 1,5 or 3 mm).
– The very rigid structure allows perfect finishing without any vibration.
– Group equipped with numerical display of the position.
– Frontal and vertical disc copying devices allow extreme precise machining thanks to the position of the cutters respect to the cutting point.
– The unit is complete of a pair of cutters R= 2 mm (or on demand of 1, 1,5 or 3 mm).
– Manual exclusion of the unit.
Brushing Unit (OPT)
– The unit is equipped with two independent, tiltable motors for clean-ing/polishing of the edge, that allows optimisation of the machining.
Glue Scraping Unit (OPT)
– The unit allows removal of the exceeding glue from the upper and bottom panel surface. Equipped with rolling copying devices, that en-sure high precision in the panel positioning.
– Manual exclusion of the unit.
